Michelle Giarrusso

Proud to call herself a Northern Colorado native, Michelle was born and raised in Fort Collins. As a child, she would frequent the custom homes built by her father's thriving home building business throughout Larimer County and surrounding areas. She enjoyed learning all that was involved and would help greet potential buyers and hand out brochures at open houses which ignited her passion for real estate, home design, and new construction at a very young age. Michelle studied Interior Design at CSU before marrying and starting a family and putting down roots in Northern Colorado. They currently reside on a twelve-acre horse property in Weld County. This has allowed them to make dreams come true for their horse-crazy daughter, while providing family enjoyment of owning and running their own small ranch. Her experience includes horse property, vacant land, acreage, country estate, equestrian property, small farm, new construction, rural homes, residential homes and more.
