General Info The Geronimo Ranch is 4456 +/- surveyed acres with panoramic views, mountain tops, rugged cliffs and canyons. Terlingua Creek, which is often a dry creek bed subject to flash floods, winds through a portion of the property. There are a couple of water holes on the creek that the seller hasn't seen dry since they have owned the property. The south boundary of the property has been accessed in the past by using South County and Hen Egg roads, with Jeep trails leading up to the southwest corner of the Ranch. The southern jeep roads are currently in need of maintenance. Other than a Jeep road and a few trails, very little has been disturbed on the Geronimo.
