This property is zoned GA (general agricultural) and is being offered in three separate tracts of 1.027 acres with the house, a 7.217 acre building lot, and an 81.72 acre tract with fenced pasture and timber. Bidders may bid on individual tracts or combinations of tracts. It is located 9 miles west of Bridgewater VA and approximately a 30 minute drive to either Harrisonburg or Staunton. Tract #3 - This tract is Augusta County Tax Map ID# 4-9G. It is 81.72 +/- acres with about 10 acres of open land in the front and 70 acres of wooded land in the back. Elevation varies from about 1,460 ft in the front to 1,640 ft in the back.
