Amanda McCoy

We’re Matt and Amanda McCoy, a husband-and-wife real estate team based in Rockwall, Texas, serving buyers and sellers throughout Rockwall County and North Texas. Since 2016, we’ve built The McCoy Group around local knowledge, clear communication, honest advice, and long-term relationships.

We’re both Texas A&M graduates and are raising our three boys right here in Rockwall. This is more than where we work—it’s home. Our involvement in church, local youth programs, and mission work has strengthened our connection to the community and continues to shape how we serve our clients.

We help with first-time home purchases, relocations, new construction, historic homes, acreage, luxury properties, and traditional buying and selling. Our goal is simple: to make sure every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

For us, real estate is personal. We want to be the people our clients trust not just for one transaction, but for years to come.
