Andrea Loban

Andrea Loban, a Minnesota native, discovered her love of the outdoors through canoe trips in the Boundary Waters and summers on the Mississippi Headwaters. After earning her degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she guided rock climbing, mountaineering, and rafting trips in Colorado and Oregon. In 1998, she moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, beginning her real estate career in marketing with a top luxury broker. A year later, she and her husband built their home in Victor, Idaho, where they raised two sons and embraced Teton Valley living. With 27 years of experience, Andrea specializes in vacant land, residential, and commercial properties across Victor, Driggs, Alta, and Tetonia. She has been awarded for excellence for 11 consecutive years, recognized as a Top Producer from 2020–2025, and named to the RealTrends Top 1.5% nationally from 2022–2025.
