Born and raised in the Air Force, I’ve lived in big cities, small towns, but always with a deep appreciation for land and wide-open spaces. Settling in Colorado, I’ve spent years helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate their residential and land real estate transactions. I especially love walking and exploring—there’s something special about stepping onto a property and envisioning its possibilities. I lived in the mountains for 10 years, spending countless hours immersed in the beauty of the Pike National Forest, hiking with my Lab, breathing in the scent of sun-warmed pines, and watching mule deer and foxes curiously cross our path. With 300 days of sunshine and those iconic Colorado blue skies, there’s truly nothing like getting lost in nature.
