Brian Swartz

Brian Swartz is Owner/Managing Broker and Auctioneer of harVestco, LLC.

Brian has strong ties to central Illinois. He has sold real estate for 25 years and represents the third generation of his family to sell real estate in Illinois. He is a fifth generation farmer and farm manager and lives on the family farm in Champaign County, IL that was originally deeded from the State of Illinois to his great-great-grandfather.

Brian attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also graduated from the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City and earned the prestigious CAI designation from the National Auction Association Education Institute at Bloomington, Indiana. He is licensed as an Auctioneer and a Real Estate Broker in Illinois.

Brian maintains memberships in several professional organizations: National Association of Realtors, Realtors Land Institute, Certified Auctioneers Institute, National Auctioneers Association, Champaign Chamber of Commerce.
