Brice Hedrick

Brice Hedrick has been active in real estate in the greater west central Minnesota area for over 20 years and is a licensed Certified General Appraiser. During this time, he has provided valuations and consulting services on a wide variety of properties including dry crop, irrigated, recreational lands, farm headquarters, grain and livestock facilities, rural residential properties, lake shore residences, single family, and other investment real estate. Brice previously worked for AgCountry Farm Credit Services as Minnesota’s Team Lead Appraiser and is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

Brice is committed to assisting his clients with their properties as he understands the great value and emotional tie that real estate uniquely holds to each buyer and seller.

Outside of work, Brice spends the majority of his time in the outdoors hunting, fishing and camping. Sharing these experiences with his family is one of his biggest passions.
