Chad Andrus

Growing up in the small farming and ranching town of Winnie, TX it was natural for Chad to gravitate to the agricultural industry. From a very young age he spent the weekends and summers of his school years working on the coastal prairie of White Ranch. It was there that he learned that nothing is achieved without a vision, sweat and hard work. Upon graduating from school Chad began farming on his own. First leasing area farm land and then purchasing his own farm at age 21.

Chad began his real estate career in 2013 with the vision of specializing in farming, ranching and hunting properties. He's very excited to be a part of Mock Ranches where he can utilize his lifetime of experience in the agricultural and outdoor communities. When Chad is not assisting his clients he enjoys chasing deer in South Texas, bird hunting and having a fishing pole in his hand fighting the one that didn't get away.
