Chase Duesenberg

Chase Duesenberg is a Land Agent at Peoples Company, focusing on facilitating land deals through auctions, listings, and off-market sales. He works with a wide range of clients — from conventional farmers to organic adopters, and on energy-transition acreages. He has expertise in deal structures like 1031 exchanges, land contracts, and ownership interests.

Before joining Peoples Company, Chase worked in farmland acquisition with a private equity fund, doing valuations and strategic asset planning across the Midwest. He holds a B.A. in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Northern Iowa, and is licensed in Iowa and Minnesota.
