Chris is the Managing Director of Real Estate for American Forest Management. He is one of only 526 land brokers nationwide to hold the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the REALTORS® Land Institute. He was inducted into the 2018 and 2019 RLI APEX Producers Club, which recognizes land professionals with the highest national sales volumes.
Chris has worked in the land business since 2002 and joined American Forest Management in 2005. He spent 12 years as a consulting forester before transitioning to land brokerage full-time, helping landowners manage their properties to meet their ownership objectives.
Chris is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Registered Forester in North Carolina and South Carolina. He specializes in the sale and acquisition of timberland, agricultural, recreational, and conservation properties, and serves on the board of the Carolinas Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute.
