As a lifelong Putnam County resident and real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Ben Bates, I’ve built my career around the land that shapes this region. Growing up along the St. Johns River gave me a strong understanding of the timber tracts, family farms, hunting properties, and large acreage parcels that define our local market. That background guides my work with buyers and sellers who need clear, practical insight when evaluating or preparing substantial tracts of land.

My approach is straightforward and detail‑driven. I focus on access, zoning, land use, environmental considerations, and long‑term potential so clients can make informed decisions. I stay available, communicate clearly, and rely on local knowledge gained from a lifetime in this community.

I serve on the City of Palatka Planning Board, am a member of Masonic Lodge Pineland #86, and stay active in local civic groups. These roles keep me connected to the issues influencing growth and land use throughout Putnam County.
