Debbie Elliott

Debbie specializes in luxury, equestrian and historic properties in Kershaw County, SC. As the youngest of six, Debbie had to learn early how to get her voice heard amidst the ruckus. In fact, she made a career out of it. Prior to becoming a realtor in 2020, Debbie had a 35-year career in marketing – 30 of them as the owner of a successful PR agency. Debbie uses her marketing expertise to make her listings stand out from the crowd and for her buyers, she is a savvy negotiator and dedicated advocate.

A lifelong animal lover, Debbie donates 5% of her commissions to PAALS (Palmetto Animal Assisted Life Services), a non-profit that empowers children and adults with physical, intellectual and emotional disabilities by training and placing service dogs to assist them. In her free time, Debbie enjoys reading, tennis and boating on Lake Wateree with her husband at the helm and her dogs by her side.
