My background spans nearly 20 years across real estate and mortgage lending, including working as a licensed Utah real estate agent since 2012. I advise buyers and sellers on land, homesites, luxury resort properties, and new construction across Summit and Wasatch counties.

I have worked on more than 50 vacant-land and lot transactions totaling over $38 million, ranging from subdivision homesites to large rural parcels. My land experience includes the Jordanelle corridor, Tuhaye, Promontory, Red Ledges, Midway, Heber Valley, Kamas Valley, and select ski-access locations near Deer Valley and Park City Mountain.

I help clients compare land sales and investigate building envelopes, topography, easements, access, utilities, water, soil conditions, architectural requirements, club obligations, and construction considerations. I also assist buyers comparing completed properties with custom-building options and coordinate due diligence with surveyors, engineers, architects, builders, lenders, and other qualified professionals when needed.
