Donald Riddle

I’m Skip Riddle, a Marco Island native, Lely High School graduate, West Point alumnus, and retired U.S. Army officer. After 20 years of service, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, I bring leadership, discipline, and commitment to every client relationship.

With more than five years in real estate, I specialize in land and acreage throughout Naples and Collier County, with a focus on Golden Gate Estates. I help buyers and sellers understand how wetlands, uplands, access, and environmental restrictions affect a property's value and building potential.

Land transactions require more than finding the right price. I help clients navigate wetland assessments, identify potential permitting and mitigation needs, and connect with environmental consultants, builders, and the appropriate agencies. My understanding of local, state, and federal requirements helps clients ask the right questions, sequence due diligence, and anticipate potential costs and delays before committing.

As a Golden Gate Estates resident building my own home, I bring firsthand experience and local knowledge to help clients move from acreage to opportunity.
