Elliott Smith

Currently based near Nashville, Elliott Smith has spent the past two years self-employed in land development, working hands-on to uncover the potential in raw tracts across the region. Before launching into development, he built his career in commercial real estate and property management, giving him a strong foundation in deal-making, valuation, and property strategy.

Elliott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate, equipping him with the analytical skills to evaluate land for investment, recreation, or development. As a land agent in Tennessee, he leverages both his academic and real-world experience to help clients make smart, informed decisions when navigating TN land for sale.

Elliott is passionate about giving back and is an active member of Rotary International, a donor to Advocates for Africa. Outside of real estate, he enjoys hiking, tennis, reading, and spending time in reflection and connecting with God and nature.
