Eric Bohnenkamp

Eric Bohnenkamp is an experienced Development Land Advisor at Peoples Company, with 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Eric collaborates with the Corporate Services division and Diligent Development team to assist clients with the acquisition and disposition of development and transitional development assets. He is instrumental in the due diligence process, development assessment, master planning, construction, development negotiation, and entitlement process.

Eric holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa. His professional background includes a broad range of real estate experience, from institutional lending to managing complex commercial and residential land development projects across central Iowa. Eric grew up in the small Northwest Iowa town of Remsen on his family farm. He currently lives in the Des Moines Metro with his wife Megan and son, Cooper.
