Eric is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas and a New Mexico Qualifying Broker. He specializes in farm and ranch real estate. He has been a part of our firm for over 14 years selling over 83,550 acres for a value of over $90,662,306.00. He prides himself on serving his clients and working tirelessly to achieve their goals.

Eric grew up in Amherst, TX gaining practical experience in production agriculture by working on the family farm. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University with a major in Animal Science, a minor in Agribusiness, and a minor in Chemistry.

Eric is currently managing Clift Land Brokers' Littlefield Branch Office and resides in Littlefield, Texas. He prides himself in offering his clients a high level of professionalism in their real estate transactions.
