Harlan Hagelstrom

BAS Land & Auction Group, LLC, originally BAS Auction Marketing Group, LLC, was established in 2007 in Ft. Lupton, Colorado by Butch Hagelstrom, 2007 graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering. In 2020, the company opened an office in Halstad, Minnesota. BAS strives to provide honesty, trust, transparency, and effort in assisting our clients' in their marketing needs.

Butch has been involved in real estate and the auction marketing process since the founding of the company. Butch Hagelstrom, Realtor, AARE, CAI , is a Minnesota & North Dakota licensed broker that provides assistance in marketing your real estate, both thru the auction method of marketing, as well as traditional marketing.

BAS has the capability to provide online and on-site auctions, or combination of both, for our customers, utilizing pre-sale marketing through land websites, MLS, social platform advertising, print media, and signage.
