After living and selling commercial real estate in Santa Barbara from 2002-2007 I relocated 30 minutes North to the Santa Ynez Valley where I live and my office is based out of Santa Ynez. I represent both sides of the "hill" as we locals call, it; the gorgeous Santa Ynez Mountain Range separating the two cites by a beautiful 30 minute drive.
