Jaye Winemiller

After spending countless summers on Hilton Head Island, my family and I found our way from Pennsylvania to Beaufort in 2014. As a Lowcountry Local, I’m excited to share my passion for this coastal community with others!

In the last few years, I’ve had the opportunity to represent first-time homebuyers, military clients, seasoned investors, and large corporations. I’ve sold everything from vacant land and mobile homes, to commercial buildings and deepwater estates. I look at each transaction as a learning opportunity to broaden my expertise in this field.

In 2023, I joined the J.P. Signature Group, and I am so honored to be working alongside such a diverse and hard-working team. With a priority of customer service, I look forward to working with future clients to buy, sell, or invest here in the Lowcountry.
