Jeanne Utterback

Jeanne developed a lifelong love for farming, ranching and outdoor recreation very early. She was born and raised in the Fall River Valley in Northeastern California on a working ranch. Fishing, hunting and "playing" on the water were the regular family weekend activities. Jeanne was active in 4-H, FFA and athletics while growing up. She earned a teaching credential from California State University, Chico and taught high school in Nevada until returning to Fall River in 2000. Jeanne retired in 2018 as the Principal of her alma mater, Fall River High School. Now, Jeanne is excited to join her sister, Donna Utterback, and the team at California Outdoor Properties to help folks find the "perfect fit" in real estate.
