Jeff Wellman is the broker/owner of Christie’s International Real Estate | North Harbor in Petoskey, Michigan. Jeff brought Christie’s to Northern Michigan in 2018 to help buyers and sellers in the luxury market experience the Christie’s difference in marketing property.

Jeff has helped clients and friends with their real estate needs for over 35 years in Northern Michigan. As an investor in real estate himself he has gained knowledge to help clients with all aspects of property ownership and development. Jeff has personally developed vacant land sites and subdivisions, condominium and home developments, apartment building and multi-family restorations, lakefront developments, and if you want the internal rate of return (IRR) on a commercial property, he can take care of that as well.
