Jered brings a deep-rooted connection to the land business and a wealth of financial expertise as a Peoples Company Land Agent. Raised on a farm in Northeast Iowa, he developed a strong appreciation for agriculture, stewardship, and the rural lifestyle from an early age. That foundation continues to shape his approach to marketing real estate and developing client relationships today.

Before joining Peoples Company, Jered spent 22 years in business and commercial banking, where he built a reputation for integrity, strategic insight, and personalized service. His financial background gives him a unique edge in helping clients navigate the complexities of land transactions, investment opportunities, and long-term asset planning.

Jered is passionate about the outdoors and spends much of his free time hunting, exploring nature, and sharing those experiences with his wife Angie and their four children. Whether he's walking a property line or evaluating land potential, Jered brings the same dedication and enthusiasm that has defined his personal and professional life.
