Jesse Meyer

Jesse is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer who hails from a rich farming background in Bernard, Iowa, where he grew up immersed in the daily operations of his family’s dairy, beef, horse, and crop farm. His deep-rooted passion for agriculture, land, acreages, and auctioneering ultimately led him to join the Peoples Company team, where he has been a key Managing Broker since 2023.

Jesse has cultivated a strong reputation as an agent who goes above and beyond for his clients. His extensive knowledge of real estate, tireless work ethic, exceptional communication skills, public relations finesse, and naturally positive attitude have set him apart in the industry. In addition to listing and auctioning properties for his own clients, Jesse is also one of Peoples Company’s main auctioneers, regularly assisting with farmland and acreage auctions across the Midwest.

Jesse still calls Bernard home, where he resides with his wife, Sharon, and their son, Brex. When not hard at work, he relishes spending quality time with his family and friends. His hobbies include golfing, team roping, riding side-by-sides, and pretty much anything outdoors.
