Jim Martin

Jim grew up exploring the outdoors with his father, learning to evaluate ranch and timberland across California. After graduating from UC Boulder in 1991, he worked in wildlife management in Montana and Santa Rosa Island. He then earned his law degree from USF in 1996 and practiced in Hong Kong, focusing on Southeast Asian infrastructure. In 1999, following his passion for land, he purchased and developed the M3 Ranch in Mendocino County into one of the area's finest properties. He met his wife Mairobi in Buenos Aires during his land scouting trips, and they now live on M3 Ranch with their son. Jim's combination of hands-on ranching experience and sophisticated business background drives his work helping others find their ideal ranch properties.
