She studied Real Estate in Portland, Oregon while collaborating with her father who was a broker, and that began her passion for real estate.

Jody who grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, met her husband while skiing in Jasper, Alberta, and there they stayed to raise their four children. She has always lived in the Pacific Northwest where she found her love of the outdoors.
