While many real estate agents enjoy fishing, few bring a fly fishing guide's skill, reading shifting conditions, building trust fast, and turning challenges into wins. That connection drew me to real estate, guiding anglers on Montana rivers feels a lot like guiding clients through buying or selling a home. A guide welcomes people, adapts to surprises, eases fears, and creates memorable experiences. Real estate is similar, stressful yet rewarding. I focus on listening, empathizing, and offering steady direction to make the process smoother. I began in real estate photography, sharpening my eye for detail, but my broader strengths, construction experience, decades of guiding, and teaching, shape how I serve clients. With a BFA and teaching certification from Central Washington and guide licenses in MT, WA, and OR, my wife and I now call the Bitterroot Valley and Missoula home.
