John works with buyers, sellers, and investors to identify opportunities, maximize property value, and execute long term real estate strategies. As a Certified New Home Sales Specialist, he partners with builders and developers to guide clients through land acquisition and the custom home building process from concept to completion.

In addition to residential real estate, John advises on commercial opportunities, including land development and investment properties, helping clients make informed financial decisions.

Prior to returning to real estate full time, John spent 15+ years as a senior talent acquisition leader in financial services, strengthening his expertise in negotiation, analysis, and high stakes decision making.
