John Hutchcroft

John Hutchcroft has been rooted in the Indianola community his whole life and raised his boys there. John has owned and operated several farms in Western Warren County for 34 years and has a strong background in livestock production. John has rented out his cropland in the last year to concentrate more in Real Estate with Peoples Company.

John enjoys working with clients in residential and commercial businesses around Indianola. John has a strong construction background and also likes to buy century old homes in Indianola and restore them to their era. John enjoys spending free time riding/training his horses and taking ”William” his border collie on motorcycle rides. John has been licensed for over 20 years.
