John Ricco

John J. Ricco is a native of Greenpoint/Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Growing up in a rough and tumble neighborhood, in the very beating heart of New York City, truly helped create a unique blend of street smarts and business savvy that has served John well over the years. As a young man he became a registered representative and ended up pursuing a career at Bear Stearns. While at Bear, he worked for a man that would eventually become one of America’s premier money managers, an experience that helps to mold him to this day. During his tenure there he would have a back stage pass and witness one of the greatest economic calamites in world history, the 2008 sub-prime mortgage driven bubble collapse. After that for 8 years he opened a very successful restaurant in his hometown and eventually began a career in real estate. Today John is among the top agents in the KW Core Group and has become a premier negotiator and closer.
