Keaton Dreher

Keaton Dreher joined Peoples Company in the spring of 2013, bringing with him a strong passion for real estate and a deep understanding of residential, new construction, and land development sales. As a key member of the Kalen Ludwig Real Estate Specialists, Keaton plays an integral role in one of the company’s only teams fully dedicated to residential real estate. Together with Kalen Ludwig, their team offers a full spectrum of services—specializing in land development, lot sales, new construction, resale listings, and buyer representation.

Keaton serves as a trusted advisor to both builders and homebuyers, representing Diligent Development in securing single-family lots and acting as a sales associate for Ground Breaker Homes, marketing and selling new construction homes throughout the Des Moines metro. His background in both residential and commercial construction, shaped by his family roots, adds another layer of value and insight for clients navigating the building or buying process.

With a unique blend of development expertise, market knowledge, and a collaborative approach, Keaton and Kalen have built a team focused on delivering smart, innovative solutions that meet the diverse needs of today’s real estate clients.

Originally from Storm Lake, Iowa, Keaton earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa in 2013. While at UNI, he was an active member of Pi Sigma Epsilon, a co-ed business organization where he developed foundational skills in communication, sales, and professional development—skills that continue to drive his success in real estate today.
