Kevin Latham

With over 36 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and 18 years as owner and CEO of the company he started in as a trainee, Kevin's focus has been bringing value to the customer as he has led the business through all stages of growth.

Kevin's introduction to real estate began in 2008 with the purchase of his first investment property. Since then, he has bought, improved, and sold many homes, and has experience managing residential rental and commercial properties. Kevin is a United Country Land Pro and a Real Tree United Country Ranch Specialist. Kevin specializes in ranch and farm properties, hunting properties, unimproved land as well as country homes. As a native North Texan, Kevin has a prolific knowledge of Denton, Grayson, Cooke Counties and extending westward to the Panhandle.

When Kevin is not working, he enjoys hunting all over Texas, discovering new rivers to hone his fly-fishing skills and watching his grandsons play sports.
