She attributes her caring nature, enthusiasm, can-do attitude, and attention to detail to spending thirty-eight years serving students in the Escambia County School District as a high school home economics teacher and librarian. A true local expert, Kim has earned a degree in education from Pensacola State College and both a bachelor's and a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of West Florida. It is this passion for education that inspired her to a career in real estate.
