Kimberly Parks

Kim was born into a military family in Pennsylvania. Her mother is from the Big Island and her father from Illinois. She attended elementary school in Afghanistan and Beirut, Lebanon. Her travels as a child were extensive; she has lived in and/or visited in Pakistan, Istanbul, India, Somalia and Thailand, among other countries. When Kim's father retired from the military, the family moved back to the Big Island. In 1990, Kim started her career with an established escrow company in Hilo. After 12 years working in escrow, Kim obtained her real estate license and joined a local brokerage where she could use her skills and experience to benefit buyers and sellers throughout their transactions. Kim followed her dream and created her own Real Estate Company, Parks Realty, LLC. Kim's aloha spirit and her professionalism and service to her clients is exceptional.Kim became skillful at balancing working with her clients, listing and showing properties and spending quality time with family!
