Kyle Nicholson

Born and raised in Oconee County, South Carolina, I’m proud to help people buy and sell homes in the place I’ve always called home. My wife Sharon and I are raising our four kids, Keegan, Liam, Bear, and Billie, right here in the same community our family has been part of for generations.

Real estate, for me, is about more than transactions. It’s about helping people step into the next season of their lives with confidence. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a family property, looking for lakefront living, or searching for land in the mountains, I bring local knowledge, honest communication, and a genuine love for this area to every client I serve.

Outside of real estate, you can find me with my family, running or backpacking, at a local event, or exploring everything that makes Oconee County special. We’re active members of Foothills Church and love being part of this community.

With a background in sales, nonprofit leadership, and community involvement, my goal is simple: I want to make the real estate process feel personal, smooth, and trustworthy from start to finish.
