As President of Christmas and Associates, Marc Christmas works with his father, Dan Christmas, to manage operations of our recreational land business, Christmas & Associates. He also leads our Camp Crew and works with his sister, Becky Christmas, to run Christmas Country Homes, a residential real estate brokerage.
When asked what he likes most about the land business, Marc says, “There is something special about owning a piece of land. The feeling of standing on a piece of woods and looking around and knowing that it’s yours. I love owning different pieces of land. Getting to ‘putter around’ on my own plot and developing it into what I want is truly the best feeling. I also really enjoy helping our customers find that for themselves.”
Marc learned the land business from the ground up by working for Christmas and Associates starting at age 12 - clearing camp lots, marking boundary lines and doing logging and forestry work. He eventually earned his real estate license and began working for the company in sales and acquisitions.
