Margie Sorrell

I have been a real estate agent specializing in Lake Oconee, Georgia market for 16 years. I help buyers and sellers with lakefront and lake-access lots, acreage, farmland and homes across Greene and Putnam counties, including Reynolds Lake Oconee, Harbor Club, Greensboro and Eatonton. I was born here, right down the street in Greensboro. Growing up here gives me firsthand knowledge of the lake’s neighborhoods, shorelines, water depth and county rules that affect what can be built on a piece of land. I have been named Lake Oconee Breeze Readers’ Choice Best Realtor and have been involved in over 100 million worth of transactions in my career as a solo agent.
