Marlene Rouleau

I started my real estate career in Corporate America. I spent 10 years building training facilities throughout the United States for a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM. As the facilities manager my responsibilities included site selections, lease negotiations, office construction; including data, security & telecommunication installations. This management experience taught me to first listen to the client, communicate the goal, develop a plan to meet the goal, & always EXCEED their expectation.

I am a current member of the National Association of Realtors, Snohomish County Camano Island County Association of Realtors, Northwest Multiple Listing Service. I am 11 year member of Rotary, currently with the Monroe Rotary Club. I have served as a Board Member in different capacities, communication, community services & operations.
