Marsha Burrell

As a lifelong resident of Oconee County, and a Realtor since 2007, I have seen the real estate market transform in my small home town. I grew up riding school buses on many of the roads around Oconee and Lake Keowee before the major developing of communities and subdivisions opened doors to the over 80,000 residents we have today. As I drive my clients around the all familiar roads, I am able to tell them the history of some of the area. I've spent years with family and friends playing and exploring our beautiful lakes, and along the many streams, rivers, waterfalls and mountain trails. I raised my own children here and they too have fallen in love with this area we all call home.
