Marty Lanier

Marty Lanier, ALC is a native of Brunswick County, NC and has called southeastern NC home his entire life. He has been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina since 2007 and is also licensed in South Carolina. Marty has earned the elite Accredited Land Consultant Designation through the Realtors Land Institute. The ALC designation is earned through extensive education in all types of land, land investment analysis and marketing, as well as a proven high level of sales volume. Marty is one of only a very few ALCs in his market area, and he is a member of the Carolinas Chapter of RLI. Marty was a two time inductee into the Mossy Oak Properties Pinnacle Club when he worked with Mossy Oak Properties. The Pinnacle Club recognizes the top selling agents in the Mossy Oak network.
