Matt Adams

Matt Adams is a Land Agent with Peoples Company, driving land brokerage, auctions, and investments nationwide. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, he joined Peoples Company to help with both traditional listings and auction-style land sales.

Matt has closed over 39,100 acres across five years — valuing around $280 million — and is skilled in complex transactional structures including 1031 exchanges, land contracts, and tenant-in-common deals. He’s a mentor within the company and is deeply involved in its culture.

Matt grew up in Breda, Iowa, worked summers baling hay and tending livestock, and now lives in the Des Moines metro with his wife Rochelle and their dog Bandit.
