Matt Hoenig

Matt Hoenig joined the Peoples Company team in the Summer of 2020 as a part of the Land Brokerage Division, where he focuses on facilitating agricultural, recreational, and development land transactions.

Matt grew up in rural Iowa near the town of Riverside. He worked with many of the local businesses forming lasting relationships with owners and their customers. Matt is also an avid outdoorsman in Southeast Iowa which has helped create many friendships and opportunities. Matt works diligently in the eastern and southeast Iowa area providing top-notch services for his clients. In his free time, Matt enjoys hunting and fishing.

Matt graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate in 2020. His passion for the land brought him to Peoples Company. Utilizing the Peoples Company platform, Matt can assist by providing accurate information to clients on the land market. Matt Hoenig is diligent and has all the resources to set each property apart from the rest, resulting in an above-desired outcome for each client.
