Matt Myers

Matt Myers is an Associate Land Agent with Peoples Company, specializing in farmland brokerage across Illinois. He grew up near Griggsville, Illinois, on his family’s corn and soybean farm, where they also raised Black Angus cattle.

Today, Matt lives outside Saint Joseph, Illinois, on his wife’s family farm, maintaining close ties to production agriculture while focusing on helping clients navigate farmland transactions. Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and Illinois Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser. Matt’s background in farm management, brokerage, and appraisal allows him to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance whether they are looking to expand their land portfolio or sell farmland with confidence.
