I began training as a draftsman in 1991, hand-drawing floor-plans and creating blueprints for homes and commercial facilities (including the Wellston Water Treatment Plant). I began marketing and selling real estate in 2013 as a licensed sales agent, became a licensed principal broker in 2019, established my company in 2020, and was recently awarded the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club "Award of Distinction" for 2024. I have experience marketing/selling commercial properties and prior work experience in the photography and advertising/marketing industries, so I am uniquely qualified to create a custom marketing package for your property.
