Nick Balser

Nick was born and raised in Shelbyville, Missouri, a small rural town in the Northeast part of the state. In 2007, Nick graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Marketing. After college, Nick started at the University of Missouri working full time in student services and graduating with a Master’s Degree in Higher Education in 2016.

Overtime, Nick began to pursue his dream of becoming a realtor and was licensed in 2019. Over the last several years Nick studied the local market, delivered services, and shared expertise across the state of Missouri. Fast forward to 2023, he became a broker and started Lifetime Realty Group, becoming a sought-after advisor for clients seeking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.

Outside of his professional life, Nick treasures his role as a dad and husband. He enjoys spending time with his wife Tina and their three children. Nick is also an avid outdoorsman, he finds joy in bow hunting and enhancing wildlife habitat on his personal properties.
