Noah Dumont

Noah Dumont is the Founder and Principal Broker of Wild Tracks Realty, specializing in land, farms, homesteads, and rural properties throughout New Hampshire. A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Noah grew up in a family of builders and real estate professionals and has worked in construction since the age of twelve.

He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from the University of New Hampshire and spent several years operating a livestock business with his family. His background in agriculture, construction, and land management provides clients with a unique perspective when evaluating properties, development potential, and rural lifestyles.

Since becoming licensed in 2020, Noah has built a reputation for honesty, responsiveness, and helping clients achieve their long-term goals. Whether assisting buyers with finding the perfect piece of land or helping sellers maximize exposure, Noah is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys fishing, playing hockey, restoring classic vehicles, and spending time outdoors with his Bernese Mountain Dogs, Maverick and Goose.
