Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith currently serves as Vice President of Operations for CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty, overseeing operations throughout Oregon and southwest Washington.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2004, Patrick served in both sales and operations management with various organizations within both the private and public healthcare industries.

Patrick began his real estate career with Oregon Realty Company and quickly earned his place as one of the top-producing agents, year after year, before becoming a managing principal broker in 2012. Then, in 2016, Patrick purchased Oregon Realty Company and later rebranded it as CENTURY 21 Cascade in 2020 to bring state-of-the-art tools and systems to its agents and enhanced services and resources to its customers.

Then, in 2024, CENTURY 21 Cascade and CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty joined forces to become the largest CENTURY 21 branded brokerage in the Pacific Northwest, operating under the North Homes Realty name.
