Payton Hamm is the founder and driving force behind Exploration Realty, a multi-state brokerage built on connection, flexibility, and results. A licensed broker in Oklahoma, Texas, and North Dakota, Payton started Exploration Realty in Elk City, Oklahoma, where the heart of her team is still based today. Over the years, she’s expanded her reach and now proudly supports REALTORS working in areas including Possum Kingdom and Wichita Falls, Texas, as well as Watford City and surrounding North Dakota communities.

A mom of four and wife to husband Matt, Payton understands firsthand the importance of finding a home that fits your season of life. Her personal journey has taken her across several states, giving her a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for the moving process—both the emotional and logistical sides.
