Phillip Dodd

I developed a passion for land growing up on 40 acres near Smiley, Texas. After graduating from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy, I spent over 20 years as a retail pharmacist in North Texas. Wanting to share my love for the outdoors with my sons, I purchased 50 acres in Grayson County, TX. This ignited a journey of acquiring and enhancing properties across Texas, Oklahoma, and Ohio, combining my enjoyment of hunting with land improvement. In 2017, I retired from pharmacy to help others achieve their land ownership dreams. Whether it’s buying a first 40 acres or selling a cherished ranch, I offer expertise, diligence, and commitment in every transaction.
